A giftcard is always an appreciated gift and serves as payment not only in Spa, but in all of our restaurants, bars and for accommodation.

You can choose to purchase and download the giftcard on this website. Just type your personal greeting, and then decide if the gift card should be sent out via email or by phone textmessage. You can also purchase it directly at the Hotel or have it sent by regular mail at an extra administrative charge of NOK 50.

Purchase your Gift Certificate

You can choose to send the gift certificate as a text message or e-mail with an amount (but not less than NOK 300). Payment is done by credit card.

Refill the Gift Certificate

If you already have a plastic gift card, you can easily charge it with a new value here.
To download the voucher use the 16-digit code on the back of the gift card and follow the instructions.

Terms and Conditions

When will the Gift Card be sent?

Once payment is received, we send gift card to the recipient on the date you have chosen. It will be sent by e-mail or text message.

How long is my Gift Card valid?

Gift certificates are valid for 1 year. (Hand written gift cards does still have the validation written on the card.) The expiry date is clearly marked in the text message and e-mail. You can also check the validity of the gift card if you go in to check your gift card balance. Adding a new value onto the gift card will set the added value a validity of 1 year. When you use the gift card the oldest amount loaded is always used first.

What happens if I accidentally delete the gift card sms or e-mail?

It is important that you print your confirmation on the screen after you complete your purchase. If you do not have a printer you can simply write down the reference number. The number is used when in contact with us so that we may help you eg for re-sending the gift certificate if the recipient accidentally deletes their text messages or e-mail.

Can I return a gift card and get my money back?

A gift card can not be exchanged for cash.

If I paid with a gift card and do not use the full amount will I  get money in return?

If you paid with a gift card you get a new gift card for the remainder of the  balance.

What credit cards are valid pay online?

When you purchase a gift card or refill with a new value through our website payment can be made by Mastercard / Eurocard or Visa. Only Norwegian credit cards accepted.

What happens if I lose my plastic gift card?

Lost gift certificates will not be replaced.
