Ingrid Bjørnov is a skilled presenter, writer and an excellent master of ceremonies. But most of all she is a tremendous musician, who is guaranteed to take the audience by storm when she returns to Palmehaven this October, back by popular demand following a successful residency in August.

Artist-In-Residence (A.I.R.) is an acoustic concert format hosted by Palmehaven, where the artists move into the hotel and play over several evenings, à la Las Vegas. This is a unique opportunity to get close to the artist, while enjoying Britannia's food and drinks, all within the unique atmosphere of Palmehaven.
Ingrid Bjørnov has lived several musical lives. She has entertained Norway since 1980, first as half of Dollie (the award-winning eighties pop duo who travelled to London with the musical Which Witch) and then later as composer, chaplain and organiser of theatre and television. She made her debut as a solo artist around the turn of the millennium. Ingrid plays classical music backwards, she gurgles O mio babbino caro in the original key, and she claims that Benny Andersson and Edvard Grieg are one and the same person.

The ticket price includes three-course meal, an aperitif on arrival and the concert:
Sugar and salt cured confit of trout. Fillet with fennel crudite, yuzu mayonnaise, Brilliant trout caviar, fried onions and herbs.
