Guarantee and Payment
A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. Payment is made at the hotel upon arrival or departure, unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.
Cancellation
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge until 18:00 (CET) on the day prior to arrival.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the first night.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in from 15:00
Check-out by 12:00
For early arrivals, luggage storage is available if the room is not yet ready.
Identification
Valid photo identification must be presented upon check-in.

General Information
To shop with Britannia Hotel AS (hereinafter “Britannia Shop”), you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, a legal adult must place the order on your behalf. We reserve the right for any typographical errors and/or stock/data inaccuracies.
An order becomes binding once you, as the customer, confirm the purchase and receive an order confirmation. However, you retain the right to withdraw from the purchase in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Once we receive your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation includes details about the products, shipping, total price, and customer information. Please review the confirmation carefully to ensure it matches your order.
Personal Data
Britannia Shop will never use your personal data for purposes beyond those you have consented to. Britannia Shop does not sell, exchange, or share personal data with third parties. We will never allow third parties to access or use your personal data. You have the right at any time to access the personal data we have registered about you. If the data is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted. Please note that we do not store your national identity number or credit card information.
Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be changed, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. They must be used before the expiration date stated on the card. Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue/purchase. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase new gift cards.
Note: Britannia Hotel reserves the right to availability. We recommend booking well in advance.
Delivery Time
We dispatch your order within 5 business days after your purchase has been completed on our website. Final delivery time depends on postal service delivery schedules.
Shipping / Delivery Costs
Gift cards are sent as standard letter mail and have a shipping cost of NOK 95. With the postal service, your package is delivered quickly and securely to your mailbox. If the package does not fit, you will receive an SMS or email from Bring with instructions for pickup at a post office or pickup point.
Gift boxes and other products are shipped as a Climate Neutral Service Package at a cost of NOK 150. You will receive a tracking number via email, and the package will be delivered to your nearest pickup point or post office.

Your order will be ready for pickup 3 business days after you receive your purchase confirmation email. Items must be collected within 10 days after purchase.
When collecting your order, you must present your receipt and valid ID. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect items on behalf of others.
Returns, Complaints, and Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing from Britannia Shop, you have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with consumer protection laws. You are entitled to a refund, but must cover return shipping costs yourself.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. The withdrawal form can be found here and must be sent to shop@britannia.no within the applicable deadline. A return shipping label will be sent to your email. You are responsible for ensuring the item reaches us. Once received, the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded.
If the product has defects or faults, you have the right to file a complaint within 2 years from the date of receipt. You must notify us in writing within a reasonable time via email. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. High-resolution images may be requested to document the defect. A return shipping label will be provided.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us in writing as soon as possible after receiving the product.
Refunds
You are entitled to a full refund, including shipping costs, within 14 days if you cancel your purchase. This period applies from the day the shop receives your request.
Exchanges
To exchange an item (e.g., for a different size), include a copy of your order confirmation and specify the desired size. Use the postal service’s business package (door-to-door) when returning items to enable tracking. Returns sent via other methods are at your own risk. Returns sent as cash on delivery will not be accepted.

Payment
At Britannia Shop, you can pay with VISA, Mastercard, or Diners. Payments are securely processed by a trusted third party. Your account will not be charged until the item has been prepared and shipped, ensuring that you receive what you pay for.
Sales Conditions
Britannia Shop reserves the right to price changes, typographical errors, and changes in text, images, and links on our website and in our stores. Offers are valid while stocks last unless otherwise specified.

All prices include 25% VAT (except for food and beverages, which are subject to 15% VAT).
