In collaboration with the renowned Champagne house Leclerc Briant, Speilsalen opens its doors for an exclusive evening where exceptional cuisine and Champagne come together in perfect harmony. This is a fantastic opportunity to experience one of Champagne’s most exciting and innovative houses, right in the heart of Trondheim.

Throughout the evening, you will be served Speilsalen’s tasting menu, Stor Symfoni, created by Executive Head Chef Håkon Solbakk. Stor Symfoni is a gastronomic experience like no other, centred around the finest ingredients from Trøndelag. Clean, precise flavours are enhanced through seasonal produce, craftsmanship and international techniques. A holistic experience where flavour, texture and ingredient quality come together in perfect harmony.
The menu has been tailor-made to complement eight selected champagnes from Leclerc Briant, carefully curated to highlight the wines’ depth, freshness and complexity. This is a holistic dining experience where each course builds on the next, in true Speilsalen spirit.

This evening we will also be joined by Frédéric Zemeitt, CEO of Leclerc Briant, who has overseen an impressive transformation since 2012 and has played a key role in establishing Leclerc Briant as one of the most renowned producers in Champagne.
