Summer stay with dinner

This summer, we are offering our guests the chance to combine their stay with dinner in one of our restaurants. From Wednesday to Sunday, we are serving a flavourful summer buffet in Palmehaven, and on Monday and Tuesday you can enjoy a delicious three-course menu in Brasserie.

The summer package includes:

Start your summer day with Norway’s best hotel breakfast at Palmehaven. A fantastic buffet awaits you here every day, where you can enjoy omelettes, fresh bread, pastries and a selection of local produce. Breakfast is open to everyone, including those who aren’t staying at the hotel but simply want to get their day off to a great start.

After a day spent exploring Trondheim’s summer streets and bustling city life, you can retreat to Britannia Spa for a relaxing break, or recharge your batteries in our modern fitness centre. Here you’ll find a relaxing environment where you can unwind and enjoy the swimming pools, five different saunas, a cold plunge pool and infrared heat. A perfect break from the city’s summer days, or if you simply want to enjoy a quiet moment between adventures and good meals.

From Monday to Tuesday, we invite you to enjoy our summery three-course set menus at Brasserie Britannia. The atmosphere here is informal, sociable and just the right amount of lively, whether you’re popping in for a cosy dinner or a spontaneous evening with a drink in hand.

This summer, you can also enjoy your meal outdoors, with outdoor seating on Dronningens Gate. It’s the perfect place to get together with good friends, sit back and let the summer evening linger a little longer.
