Every Tuesday to Thursday, from 24 November to 10 December, we invite you to enjoy our Christmas buffet in Palmehaven, featuring the very best of the season’s classic dishes, both hot and cold.
The buffet offers a generous selection of seafood and delicacies, from smoked salmon from Garnvik, cured trout and aquavit-cured salmon to traditional herring, charcuterie and fine cheeses with carefully chosen accompaniments. From the hot kitchen, enjoy much-loved Christmas classics including crisp roast pork belly with traditional accompaniments, pinnekjøtt and lutefisk.
End your meal with Norwegian Christmas favourites and tempting creations from our pastry kitchen, including traditional rice cream, delicate tarts, confectionery cakes and festive pastries.
Palmehaven Christmas Buffet is the perfect occasion to gather colleagues, friends or family for a relaxed yet memorable celebration of Christmas. We recommend reserving your table well in advance, and perhaps making it a tradition to return each year.
