Christmas Lunch in Palmehaven

In our historic surroundings, we invite you to enjoy a traditional Christmas lunch, a wonderful occasion to gather colleagues, friends and family.

Our Christmas lunch buffet celebrates the traditional flavours of the season alongside Palmehaven’s own specialities. Among the cold dishes, you’ll find smoked salmon from Garnvik, gravad trout, a generous selection of herring, freshly carved roast beef and cured meats.

From the hot kitchen, enjoy duck confit and the fish of the day, alongside much-loved Christmas classics such as roast pork belly, medisterkaker, Christmas sausage and all the traditional accompaniments. The buffet also includes a selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes.

Be sure to save room for our selection of local cheeses, served with carefully chosen accompaniments and preserves from Braattan Gaard. To finish, discover a tempting dessert table filled with Christmas biscuits and sweet creations from our patisserie.
