In collaboration with the Norwegian meat producer and artisan brand Nyyyt, Jonathan Grill invites you to a delicious evening focusing on the entire journey, from farm to table.
This is not just a delicious dinner, but a story about Norwegian agriculture, the art of butchery and modern cooking techniques. A celebration of terroir and the very best of Norwegian beef, and an experience created for those who wish to understand and savour more.

A unique meat experience
Using carefully selected ingredients from Nyyyt, Executive Head Chef and General Manager Alexandre Oliveira has created an eight-course menu inspired by a nose-to-tail philosophy, in which different cuts of meat are showcased through modern techniques and classic grilling skills.
The menu features selected cuts from Nyyyt, dry-aged to perfection and transformed into elegant dishes where provenance, animal welfare and craftsmanship take centre stage. Executive Head Sommelier Thomas Andersen has curated a wine selection to complement the menu. Each course reflects the season and the landscape, with clean, precise flavours and an uncompromising respect for quality. Here you can experience Jonathan Grill in a more focused and intimate setting, where every dish tells its own part of the story.

From farm to grill
Nyyyt is a family-run artisan producer based at Røysland Gaard in Bjerkreim, renowned for its uncompromising focus on quality, provenance and sustainability. Guided by the philosophy that ‘it all starts with the farmer’, they work closely with selected local producers, where ingredients are hand-picked and processed with the utmost respect for the animals, nature and the craft.
At Jonathan Grill, these ingredients are elevated through precision, heat and technique, forming the basis for a culinary experience where the very best of Norwegian meat truly shines.
