Speilsalen invites you to an exclusive wine dinner with Maison Louis Jadot, one of Burgundy’s most renowned producers. Winemaker Frédéric Barnier is visiting Trondheim for the first time, bringing with him a carefully selected range of white and red Burgundies—primarily Grand Cru and 1er Cru from 2007 to 2017, including specially curated treasures from Jadot’s cellar in Beaune.

Executive Head Chef Håkon Solbakk has crafted a menu featuring the finest ingredients from Trøndelag, perfectly tailored to complement the evening’s wines. Experience langoustine, scallops, skrei, quail, chanterelles, and sunchoke, expertly paired with Burgundy’s finesse.
