We are honoured to welcome Bodegas Chacra to Speilsalen. Enjoy a star-class food and wine experience and an evening of top-tier Argentine wines.

This January, Speilsalen is proud to welcome Bodegas Chacra for an exceptional evening. The man behind what many describe as Argentina’s most elegant wines, Piero Incisa della Rocchetta, is coming to visit us.

Chacra primarily cultivates Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the cool climate of Patagonia, far south in Argentina. This allows the grapes to truly express themselves at their best, resulting in delicate, nuanced, terroir-driven, and fresh wines. Executive Head Chef Håkon Solbakk takes inspiration from the finest local ingredients from Trøndelag, all refined, perfected, and elevated for the occasion and paired with selected wines from Bodegas Chacra.

Piero Incisa della Rocchetta comes from one of Italy’s most renowned wine families. You may recognize the name – Piero is the grandson of Marchese Mario Incisa della Rocchetta, the creator of Sassicaia. His grandfather instilled in him a deep understanding of fine wine and a respect for, and responsibility toward, nature. It is also worth mentioning that Piero produces Chacra’s Chardonnay wines together with the acclaimed Burgundy winemaker Jean-Marc Roulot. Family ties, friendship, passion, and curiosity are at the heart of the remarkable Bodegas Chacra.Don’t miss this unique opportunity – save the date, Thursday, 22 January, for a world-class food and wine experience featuring top-tier Argentine wine!Where: SpeilsalenWhen: From 6:30 PM, Thursday 22 January 2026Price (full menu including wine): 4 950 NOKWhat to expect: Speilsalen’s “grand symphony” – a tasting menu tailored to selected wines from Bodegas Chacra – and the chance to meet the man behind these extraordinary wines, visiting Trondheim for the very first time.Bodegas Chacra was founded in 2003 by Piero Incisa della Rocchetta.
