Vinbaren welcomes wine lovers for a tasting of specially selected white wines from the burgundy producer, Domaine Bouchard Pére & Fils. Here you will be presented and taste wines from the small-scale local producers, all the way up to and including grand cru. Vindbaren welcomes Victor Pepin from Domaine Bouchard Pére & Fils, who will teach you more about one of the world's most famous wine regions and about the Chardonnay grape.

For more than 280 years, Domaine Bouchard Pére & Fils has made high-quality wine. With 130 hectares of vineyards in the heart of Burgundy's Côte d'Or, of which 12 hectares are grand cru and 74 hectares of premier cru-classed vineyards, Bouchard makes a volume that makes both accessible and well-price wine. The vineyard also boast a broad range of impressive wines. Today, the wines of Bouchard are sought after all over the world, and many believe that the wines are better than ever, especially the house's white wines which are considered precise, characterful and ever-present. Chardonnay Druen expresses its soil and place. Burgundy is, for many, the wine region that shows its sense of place best. In 2017, Merete Bø in Dagens Næringsliv wrote about the manufacturer; "a giant has awakened from sleep… Bouchard makes better wines than ever".
