n keeping with tradition, Britannia invites you to celebrate New Year’s Eve in Palmehaven. Enjoy a five-course gala dinner, live music and dancing, and welcome the New Year at Britannia.
The evening begins with an aperitif, followed by a five-course menu specially created for New Year’s Eve by Palmehaven’s chefs. Throughout the evening, Swing’it will provide live music and entertainment, before inviting guests onto the dance floor as midnight approaches.
The doors to Palmehaven open at 7.00 pm.

Lightly baked trout with Røros sour cream, whitefish roe from Aursund, dill, pickled mustard seeds, fennel and crispy rye.

Scallops from Hitra with apples from Brattån Farm, celery, citrus and Champagne sabayon.

Beef fillet with veal sweetbreads, Pommes Anna, Jerusalem artichoke, pickled pearl onions and porcini mushroom sauce.

New Year’s Eve with Swing’it
On New Year’s Eve, Britannia invites you to an evening of celebration in Palmehaven, with Swing’it taking to the stage. Inspired by the golden age of jazz, New Orleans and the vibrant spirit of the 1920s, the band promises an evening of live music, humour and energy.
Swing’it have entertained audiences across Europe and the US for many years, and this New Year’s Eve, they bring their distinctive sound to Palmehaven. Enjoy live music and entertainment throughout the evening, before taking to the dance floor as we count down to 2027 together.
New Year’s Eve at Britannia Package
