On 22 April, we are delighted to welcome Domaine Rolet to Brasserie Britannia.
This special evening features a five-course wine dinner paired with seven carefully selected wines from the distinctive Jura wine region of France.

From Jura to Brasserie Britannia
Executive Head Sommelier Thomas Andersen has curated an exceptional wine selection showcasing the breadth, character and quality of the Jura wine region, and of Domaine Rolet in particular. As a special addition, we have secured a small number of bottles sourced directly from the producer’s own cellar in Jura.
For the occasion, Brasserie Britannia’s General Manager Håvard Werkland and Head Chef Odd Ivar Jørgensen have created a five-course menu designed to complement the wines. The menu highlights seasonal ingredients such as morels and mature Comté cheese, classic flavours that pair beautifully with the character of the region.
The evening will be hosted by Ellen Jakobsmeier, sommelier and Export Manager at Domaine Rolet, who will share stories, knowledge and insights into one of France’s most fascinating wine regions.


A hidden gem in France
Jura is one of France's smallest wine regions, located between Burgundy and Switzerland. Despite its size, the region is known for its unique character, cool climate and varied soils, which give the wines freshness, complexity and character.
Since the 1940s, Domaine Rolet has been producing authentic, high-quality wines that are true to their terroir, and is now considered one of the leading producers in the region. The wines of Jura fascinate wine lovers around the world with their unique character and distinctive style.
