Halvdan Sivertsen in Palmehaven

For the third time, Britannia Hotel opens its doors to none other than Halvdan Sivertsen, one of Norway's most beloved singer-songwriters.

On Friday 30 and Saturday 31 October, you can experience the renowned Bodø native who has warmed the hearts of a nation with his humour, social commitment, and music we can all sing along to.

Halvdan Sivertsen has given us songs such as "Venner", the signature melody from Hver gang vi møtes, and a lifetime of music that has stayed with us. Now he brings it all to the historic surroundings of Palmehaven, for two truly unique evenings. These will be his only concerts in Trondheim this year, and they take place exclusively at Britannia.

At Palmehaven, we invite you to an experience filled with familiar melodies, exquisite flavours and a wonderful atmosphere. You will be welcomed with an aperitif on arrival, before a three-course dinner is served in Palmehaven. Once the meal has drawn to a close, the evening continues with a concert.

Three-Course Menu for the Evenings:

Venison tartare,
with mushroom emulsion, lingonberries, crispy potato and pickled cabbage.

with creamy mashed potato, roasted beetroot and creamy mussel sauce.

with whipped blackcurrants from Trøndelag and vanilla ice cream.

If you would like to begin the evening a little earlier, you are warmly welcome to enjoy an aperitif at Britannia Bar or Vinbaren. We always recommend reserving a table in advance.
