In January 2027, Palmehaven will once again be filled with the sound of Sivert Høyem’s voice when he performs at Britannia Hotel for two exclusive evenings.
On Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd January, you can experience one of the country’s most respected artists at Palmehaven, with the audience up close and the country’s greatest voice within earshot.
Following a remarkable run of sold-out concerts, the acclaimed releases of On an Island (2024) and Dancing Headlights (2025), and an extensive tour across Norway and Europe, Sivert Høyem now returns to the historic setting of Palmehaven. Here, his music takes on a rare intimacy, in surroundings that invite both closeness and quiet reflection.
Guests can look forward to an evening of contrasts, from moments of hushed melancholy to soaring, electrifying crescendos. The repertoire spans beloved classics including ‘Into the Sea’, ‘Moon Landing’ and ‘Prisoner of the Road’, alongside more recent highlights such as ‘Dancing Headlights’ and ‘Hollow’, performed with a band intimately attuned to every nuance of Høyem’s musical universe.
The evening begins with an aperitif on arrival, followed by a three-course dinner served in the elegant surroundings of Palmehaven. As dinner draws to a close, Sivert Høyem takes to the stage, bringing the evening to its much-anticipated finale.
Three-course menu for the evenings:
Duck terrine,
served with fruit and nut bread and plum chutney.

served with pomme anna, Jerusalem artichoke purée, Brussels sprouts and a porcini sauce.

with blueberries, cream cheese and sour cream and yoghurt ice cream.
